Forum: GratefulDead Subject: A little conversion help, please

Being born before 1970, I'm in that realm of the computor illiterate.

I'm trying to burn a downloaded dvd for my daughter, and the file type is VTS. The issue is how one takes these files and burns them onto a dvd. I had a free trial of Nero some time ago that worked, but, alas, it has long since expired. I've googled and tried several free trial programs, but nothing seems to work.

Help?

I was born before 1960 , and am still a bit of "deer in the headlights", with this stuff . One thing I wish , is that there was more standardization of the video files formants ( VLC, RMFs, mvks, avis etc. etc. etc. !) . I am a mac guy, and can usually figure this stuff out , with "A little help .."., but it seems to me there area about 10 too many formats...

GoP ... this free program, ImgBurn is all you need to take those video files you have, create an .img file, and then burn to DVD

here's the software: http://download.imgburn.com/SetupImgBurn_2.5.1.0.exe

post here if you run into any snags, or, if you feel more comfortable offline, email me here: [edit]
